We have a couple of parts shortages that have popped up that are affecting Table Top Swifts and Skein-winders and all motorized products (including motorized ball winders). Parts are scheduled to be delivered in the next weeks that will resolve these issues. We are sorry for any problems this may have caused any of our customers.
We use scores of customized parts that we have designed over the past 15 years or so. Over that period of time, shortages can develop for a variety of reasons but we believe we have them identified and addressed and we should be back in business on the products that use these parts very soon.
